I had a lovely stay at KC Grand, enjoying a beautiful room with a spacious layout and an amazing bathroom. The pool area and sunset views were fantastic, and the breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of choices. However, we faced issues with the air conditioning breaking down twice, which made for an uncomfortable night. Additionally, it was disappointing that we couldn’t extend our stay in our room or use another room for a few hours, especially when there were many available. Bug issues from the empty pond outside our room were also bothersome.
This resort is absolutely stunning with amazing views right from the room and a beautiful beachfront. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to local shops and restaurants. However, we faced some hiccups initially with the room amenities that took a while to resolve. Overall, it was a splendid experience, and we'd love to return!
KC Grande Koh Chang offers a beautiful and tranquil retreat with its stunning beachfront and well-maintained facilities. The rooms are comfortable and provide breathtaking views, making for a relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal and the staff's service is outstanding. However, some minor issues like inconsistent hot water in the shower and occasional unpleasant odors from the room could be improved.

Also, I was a bit disappointed by the inability to extend our room stay, despite many free rooms. Lastly, the empty pond outside attracted mosquitoes, which was bothersome.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were decent and had necessary amenities, the overall vibe felt somewhat average. The restaurant options were limited and didn't quite meet my expectations. The beach was beautiful and the pool areas were kept clean, but the dining and service left a bit to be desired.
